Tomato and Boletus "Porcini" Mushrooms Sauce - Italian sauce



Ingredients: Tomato, Porcini mushrooms (Boletus Edulis) (1,1%), parsley, extra virgin olive oil, salt, garlic.

Nutritional values per 100 g of product: energy 138/33 KJ/Kcal, fat 1.7gr of which saturated fatty acids 0.3gr, carbohydrates 3.0gr of which sugars 3.0gr, protein 1.47gr salt 7.9gr.The nutritional values are calculated on the basis of analytical data and INRAN food composition tables.

The product is free from all the main allergens. Cereals and derivatives of: wheat, barley, rye, oats, spelt, rice, buckwheat; Crustaceans and/or derivatives; Eggs and/or derivatives; Fish and/or derivatives; Peanuts and/or derivatives; Soya and soy products; Milk and/or derivatives; Walnuts and/or derivatives of: almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, Brazil nuts, p_can nuts, cashew nuts, macadamia nuts, pine nuts, pistachios; celery and derived products; mustard and mustard products; Seeds and derived products of: sesame, mustard, lupine, poppy; Sulphur dioxide and sulphites in concentrations higher than 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/l expressed as SO2; Lupins and derived products; Molluscs and derived products.

Shelf-life and storage method:. Shelf-life max 48 months from the date of production; Store in a dry place away from heat sources; Once opened, store in the fridge for max 3 days.
