This goblet is the brainchild of Marta Rossetto who wanted to represent the Venetian lagoon to the world that cannot experience it on a daily basis. (Later there will be a complete series of these glasses with the colors of the local flora, including Sunset Laguna, which recalls the classic boat sunsets of the place). Marta then decides to combine green with other colors until she arrives at a tone of green that reflects the nuances of the lagoon water. Making the foot that carries the cup has the color of the Venetian flag a blood red. The rods used are many to obtain this unique color that can fade, Amber, Ivory and Aqua Marina. For the stem Aldo Boscolo uses a crystal base with amber and white decorations. For the foot Rosso Veneziano uses a red crystal. The chalice is born from an avoglio that will be attached to a glass rod and then be deposited during the creation of the drinker, which requires special attention as it requires blowing and more layers, starting from the amber that will be covered by a layer of ivory and then seawater, all in a scrupulously uniform way, under penalty of not successful blowing as each glass has different densities and if poorly placed would tend to pull the glass in some areas rather than others leading to an unpleasant asymmetry. All chalices have a weight of 100 grams or less and a height ranging from 18 cm to 25 cm.
